SIMPLE INGREDIENTS.
FARM TO CAN.
HARD YES.
FORBIDDEN FRUIT NEVER TASTED SO GOOD.
Our cider is part of a broader vision — one rooted in the land, the seasons, and the joy of gathering. Our farm in Minnetrista, Minnesota is home to an 18-acre apple orchard, a vineyard, a farm-to-table restaurant, and a winery and cidery that all work together to create a full-circle, farm-first experience.
Our ciders are crafted to be clean, dry to semi-dry, and refreshingly approachable — perfect for pairing with food or enjoying on their own. With each of our flavors we aim to offer something for every palate.
APPLE BLEND

Simple. Clean. Classic. This dry-to-semi-dry cider delivers fresh-from-the-orchard apple flavor with a crisp bite and a smooth, refreshing finish. No frills—just really good apples done right.
HARVEST BLEND
HARVEST BLEND
Fall in a can. This spiced apple cider layers cinnamon, clove, and a hint of nutmeg over a crisp apple base—like a walk through the orchard with a little extra attitude. Warm, aromatic, and just complex enough to keep you guessing.
BLUEBERRY BLEND
BLUEBERRY BLEND
Bright, tart blueberries meet crisp apple in this semi-dry cider that walks the line between refreshing and rebellious. No syrupy sweetness—just fruit-forward balance in every sip.
ALOHA BLEND
ALOHA BLEND
Tropical vibes only. This semi-sweet cider brings a splash of pineapple to the party—bright, juicy, and sun-soaked. Perfect for beach days, porch hangs, or pretending you’re on island time.
WHERE THE ORCHARD GETS WILD.
While the majority of apples we grow are reserved for our fall U-pick orchard visitors, we set aside a portion each season to incorporate into our cider production. To meet the demand for our cider and maintain consistent quality, we also source premium apple juice from trusted growers in places like Michigan and Washington. We carefully blend that juice with our own apples to ensure every batch reflects a touch of our orchard and our commitment to quality.
“At its core, our cidery is an extension of our land — a way to celebrate the harvest, invite connection, and offer an honest taste of the farm-to-glass journey.”
